This is a very simple and yummy burger! You can make a batch and freeze them although simple enough to make as and when wanted
Ingredients
250g pork mince
1 Small eating apple
2 spring onions
2tbsp dried breadcrumbs
2tsp whole grain mustard
handful of fresh parsley
Half a large beaten egg
Method
1. Core and coarsely grate your apple before squeezing any excess liquid out. Trim and finely chop your spring onions and the parsley.
2. Mix all ingredients together combining them well with your hands. Divide the mix and shape into burgers.
3. Heat a non stick pan and add your burgers cooking each for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
