Mmmm BBQ pork! This is from Jamie’s 15 minute meals but as I’m not in a rush I will be cooking in the oven. Recipe was originally for 4 so it’s easily doubled.
I have also used the glaze on racks of ribs which works really well! This is a really good BBQ sauce
Ingredients
300g lean pork fillet
2.5tbsp tomato ketchup
2tbsp apple juice
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp brown sauce
.5tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
.5tbsp clear honey
.5tsp tabasco
.5tsp all spice
1 cloves of garlic, crushed
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200C. Sprinkle the pork with the all spice and rub in all over. Heat a non stick pan and brown the pork on all sides.
2. Meanwhile mix all other ingredients into a small bowl. When the pork is browned add to a deep roasting dish and pour over the BBQ sauce. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 10 minutes
3. After 10 minutes remove from the oven baste the pork in its sauce and juices before cooking for a further 10-15 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the sauce sticky

I do really like the sauce on this and paired with the Cajun style vegetable rice (pictured above and what Jamie serves it with in 15 minute meals) or even Nelly’s vegetable rice its a real treat. Nom! X
